Returning!
Back in March we published our first book, Double-Edged War, two novels starting the series off with Endymion and Kaelin getting to know each other and an alliance with the vampires and humans starting. If you haven’t read it yet, you can pick up your copies on
Currently, we are working on book two, Brink of War, our first goal was to have it published by the end of the year. Recently though I have been struggling to write. It’s not that the ideas aren’t there, just the words won’t flow together on paper. The urge hits, I open my document, and nothing comes to mind. This has become rather frustrating as the other half of the partner group has been wanting to write and is waiting for me.
This week we are both going on a Writer’s Retreat. Four days in a cabin in the woods, cut off from the rest of the world, to some degree. During this time, I hope my mind resets and we are able to make some progress on the second novel. The good news for those who are waiting for Book Two, we have a completed rough draft and pieces of a second draft. Once we are able to settle and my mind comes back to focus, it won’t take long for the second draft to be completed and we can start edits and sending out to beta readers.
